REFUND POLICY

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee may be applied to returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@roadtripgummies.us.com with photos of the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
